REISS invests in quality and the environment

What is likely to be REISS’ biggest investment for 2012 is already having an impact early on in the year. The new Wagner powder-coating system not only guarantees maximum evenness when coating table bases, it also contributes significantly towards meeting REISS’ high quality standards. Not every manufacturer has its own powdered-pigment-coating system, although this increases production flexibility and ensures that the sustainability of the manufacturing process can be controlled. Apart from an approx. 50% saving on power, colour changes also leave extremely little residue, meaning an overall reduction in environmental pollution. The system was integrated into the current operations within a very short space of time, and guarantees a consistent level of productivity throughout the entire technological process.
