At one of the high schools in the region of Brandenburg, promoted by REISS, goes into "production". The first programs were written and tried out for the school´s own milling machine. It is good to have such an experienced partner as REISS to help. In addition to the technical production work on the machine, the students are able to follow the working processes from planning to delivery. It is not surprising that a student company is already being spoken about. Whether it is worth producing in Germany and what one must do in order to be successful, Dietmar Menzel, the General Manager at REISS, can also say a few things about these subjects. After all, he heads a company with a 125 year tradition in Bad Liebenwerda. For Dietmar Menzel it is above all the practical component at the foreground and the possibility that the high school students precisely become oriented and are therefore able to have more influence on their own development.
