REISS Touch is an innovative, sensor-controlled height adjustment for stand-sit desks. REISS Touch allows the intuitive adjustment of the working height for sitting or standing activity via a touch sensor integrated in the table top. “The design is inspired by the use of the smartphone. By swiping, the user activates the sensor either to raise or lower the desk and can then, simply by touching, adjust it to the desired working height,” says Gerd Widule, one of the two managing directors of REISS Büromöbel GmbH. The height adjustment is switchless. There is no control panel protruding over the table top, no keys or other wearing parts. The sensor itself is mounted almost invisibly under the table top. Thus REISS Touch offers not only a state-of-the-art operating concept, but also a clear and modern appearance.

The height adjustment via touch sensor technology for stand-sit desks is now available for REISS Avaro Q and R and the REISS Avaro Q Bench double workstation.
REISS Touch was awarded the Plus X Award in the categories High Quality, Design, Operating comfort, Functionality and Ergonomics.
