REISS Touch is a switchless height adjustment with an intuitive, wearless and key-free sensor for the stand-sit-desks REISS Avaro Q and R as well as the REISS Avaro Q Bench double workstation. REISS Touch is inspired by the use of the smartphone. By gently swiping the table top the sensor is activated for raising or lowering the table. Touching the control area then allows to adjust the desk to the optimum working height while sitting or standing.
The control area is marked by a label displaying operating instructions. The sensor itself is mounted almost invisibly under the table top. There is no control panel protruding over the table top, no keys or other wearing parts.
REISS Touch was awarded the Plus X Award in the categories High Quality, Design, Operating comfort, Functionality and Ergonomics.
How it works
Hochfahren des Tisches: Nach rechts wischen und gedrückt halten
- Aufsetzen der Hand auf der Tischplatte, und zwar deutlich links vom Logo
- die Hand gleichmäßig in mittlerem Tempo über das Logo hinwegstreichen
- die Hand von der Tischplatte abheben und mittig auf das Logo aufsetzen und halten, kurze Zeit darauf startet das Hochfahren des Tisches
- bei Wegnehmen der Hand oder Erreichen der maximalen Tischhöhe stoppt die Fahrt
Herunterfahren des Tisches: Nach links wischen und gedrückt halten
- Aufsetzen der Hand auf der Tischplatte, und zwar deutlich rechts vom Logo
- die Hand gleichmäßig in mittlerem Tempo über das Logo hinwegstreichen
- die Hand von der Tischplatte abheben und mittig auf das Logo aufsetzen und halten, kurze Zeit darauf startet das Herunterfahren des Tisches
- bei Wegnehmen der Hand oder Erreichen der minimalen Tischhöhe stoppt die Fahrt
